Delbert Fancher Holland, age 63, of Sevierville, died Wednesday April 17, 2002. He retired from Alcoa after 30 years of service. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Patti Jo Holland, Mother, Opal Thomas Holland, and father Lloyd E. Holland.
