James Dennis Duffy,Jr.

James Dennis Duffy, Jr., age 74 of the Pittman Center Community, died Monday, September 17, 2001. He was a Navy veteran of World War II. Mr. Duffy served as former Chief of Police in Pittman Center. Survivors: Wife: Ann Blount Duffy Their children: James Joseph Duffy,of Pittman Center; Padraic Daniel Duffy and wife Sandy Timmons Duffy of Florida, and Ross Aaron Duffy of Pittman Center Two grandsons: Brandon and Jacob Duffy of Florida Daughters: Denise Martin of Houma, Louisiana; Shelley Cloutier and husband Ron of Watertown, TN; Deanna Dusenberry of Concord, New Hampshire; Susan Diaz and husband Felipe of Venezuela and Miami; Jamie Drake , Eileen Daigle and husband Phil, all of Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Barbara Ann Gross and husband George of Orlanda, Florida Twenty one grandchildren and three great-grandchildren Sisters: Barbara Miscenich and husband Weldon, Rosemary Levine and husband Dan Sister-in-law: Wanda Curtis and husband Barry Mother-in-law: Idell Blount Nieces and nephew: Lyndsey Curtis, Joey Reynaud, Lisa Levine Special friends: James Lee Gregg ,Hope Goutremont, Alvin Martin In accordance with his wishes he was cremated and no services are planned.
