HINTON, MARY JANE (JANIE) NEIL, age 70, of Fountain City, passed away Saturday, September 1, 2001 at Morristown Hamblen Hospital. Charter member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church. Preceded in death by husband, Jim Neil; father, Harold Shipman; grandson, Steven Wilson. SURVIVORS: Mother, Addie Shipman, Knoxville; Daughter & Son-in-law, Cathy and George Fillmore, Morristown; Daughters, Vickie Wilson and Patti Barrilleaux; Son-in-law, Will Barrilleaux, all of Knoxville; Grandchildren, Jennie Cox; Neil, Daniel and Elisabeth Fillmore; Christy and Rene Wilson; Ashley Feagins; Brigitte and Avery Barrilleaux; Sister, Pat Williams, Chattanooga; Brother, Jack Shipman, Chattanooga. Funeral Service 8 P.M. Tuesday, Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel, Rev. Lynn Irwin officiating. Interment 10 A.M. Wednesday, Lynnhurst Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 P.M. Tuesday before the service at the Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 2300 W. Adair Drive.
