Roy Shirden Hickman

Hickman, Roy Shirden, age 72 of Marion, Indiana formerly of Knoxville, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 5, 2001 at Marion General Hospital. He was of the Baptist Faith and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Retired from General Motors, Fisher Body Plant, Marion, Indiana. Preceded in death by parents Eddie Wilson and Edith Dunlap Hickman; brothers James Edward, Warner Baxter, Mark Wayne, Ernie Ray, and Eddie Wilson Jr., and sister Evelyn Leek. Survived by devoted wife Margaret Hickman; brothers and sisters-in-law: Elmer R. & Lorene Hickman, Danny & Judy Hickman; Steve & Pat Hickman, all of Knoxville; Jack & Juanita Hickman, Seymour, Tennessee; brothers: Richard and David Hickman; sisters: Juanita Leese and Mildred Hickman, of Dandridge, Tennessee; several nieces and nephews; special neighbors and friends in Marion, Indiana. Graveside service Wednesday at 3:00 PM at Woodlawn Cemetery, Knoxville, Rev. Danny Cummins and Rev. Jamie Porterfield officiating.
