Ruth Elree Thomas Blazer, age 79 of Sevierville, died Friday, March 16, 2001 at Ft. Sanders-Sevier Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Almer Blazer; parents, Lonas and Sarah Thomas; Step-father, Dewey Thomas; brother, Billy Thomas; sister, Eula Greene; son-in-law, James Richey. Interment 2 PM Sunday in Fox Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Saturday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
