Riggs, Willie Jane, age 87, of Knoxville, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2001. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Retired from and attended Tennessee School For The Deaf. Preceded in death by husband, William Sherman Riggs. Step-daughter: Nola Hensley; grandchildren: Mary B. Upton, Nola M. Jiles and Ralph G. Hensley, Jr. Funeral service 4 p.m. Tuesday at Berry Chapel with Rev. Jerry Seals officiating.
