Young, Marie Reed, age 84 of South Knoxville passed away Friday, July 20,2001 at UT Hospital. Member of Lincoln Park Baptist Church. Member of Burlinton Lodge OES #453. Preceded in death by husband, Marvin R. young and daughter, ,Sammy M. Snider. Survived by son, Boyce A. Young and wife, Linda; daughters, Sydnah Bowman and husband, Jimmy; Margie Warwick and companion, Carl Brown; nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; brother, James O. Reed; several nieces and nephews; and a host of friends Funeral service Monday, 2 p.m. at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel. Rev. Raymond Young officiating. Interment will follow in Lynnhurst Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Mark Young, Todd Young, Matt Brogan, Scott Loop, Craig Brown and William Innes. In lieu of flowers make contributions to the charity of your choice.
