Iva Thomas O’Brien, born May 24, 1927 (age 74) died Tuesday, July 17, 2001 in Michigan. She was formerly of Sevierville. She was preceded in death by her father Otha Thomas, mother Mae Thomas Gibson, brother Winfred and Ernest Thomas, sister Wilda Eary. Survivors: Son: Eugene O’Brien and wife Shari of Mississippi Daughter: Barbara Breen of Florida Brother: Otha Thomas and wife Sue of Indiana Sisters: Velma Aurand and husband Richard of Michigan Devone Szabo and husband Steve of Michigan Diana Manning and husband Walter of Florida 6 grandchildren 5 great-grandchildren Graveside service and interment 11 AM Monday in Shiloh Cemetery with Rev. Bill Maples officiating. The family will receive friends 6-9 PM Sunday at Atchley Funeral Home.
