Preceded in death by parents Huey and Adeline Queen Hughes; husbands, Ollie Eugene Sexton and James A. Ott; brothers, Olin, Cliff, Wig, and Jim Hughes of Murphy, N.C.; sisters, May Crawford and Beatrice Jones. Sons & daughters-in-law: Edward and Alice Sexton Funeral service 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, Berry Chapel with Rev. Dennis Robinson and Rev. Danny Cochran officiating. Interment 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, Tarklin Valley Baptist Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons. Honorary pallbearers will be deacons and trustees of Tarklin Valley Church.
