Arthur Ranel Ramsey, age 71 of Sevierville, died Wednesday, July 11, 2001 at Sevier Medical Center. He was preceded in death by his parents; George and Susie Ramsey, sisters; Ethel Ramsey, Lillie Williams, & Mary Lee Green, brother; Sam Ramsey. Survivors: Wife: Mary Ivalee Ramsey Daughters and Sons-in-law: Frances & Greer Shults Debra & Tommy Ramsey Grandchildren: Shanna Shults Justin Smith Lisa & Randall Frye Great Grandchildren: Julie & Jeffrey Frye Sister: Lizzie Inman Brother: Richard Ramsey Funeral service 7 PM Friday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Andy Ball officiating. Family and friends will meet 10 AM Saturday in Webb’s Creek Cemetery for interment. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Friday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
