Pete Stein

Pete Stein, age 63 of Seymour, died Wednesday, July 4, 2001. He was of the Jewish faith and loved his wife, children and grandchildren dearly.He was preceded in death by his father Harry Francis Stein, brother Wayne Stein and sister Sally Stein. Mr. Stein had served his country for 30 years in the United States Navy. He was a lifetime member of the VFW, Branch 1152 in Kokomo, Indiana and the DAV. He was also a member of the Fleet Reserve Association, Branch 289 in Imperial Beach, California. Survivors: Wife: Diane Stein Daughters and sons-in-law: Jennifer and Johnny Baker Sheila Stein Betsy and Eric Howell Brandy and Lee Owens Grandchildren: Jasmine Thomas Cinnamon Rader Diamond Baker Matthew Baker Mark Stein Ariel Baker Logan Kernel Cody and Kayla Arwood Storm Owens Eric and Shelby Howell Great-grandson: Collin Matthew Thomas Mother: Jean Frances Ogorchock Brothers: Mark and Norman Stein Sisters: Judy Tuttle Noelle Marstiller Sandra Meyers Susan Stein The family will receive friends 6-8 PM Friday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville, TN Funeral service 11 AM Sunday at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Home in Roann, Indiana . Interment will follow in Roann Community Cemetery.
