Geraldine Hardway

HARDWAY, GERALDINE (Jerri), age 71 of West Knoxville, passed away Tuesday July 3, 2001 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. Member of Central Baptist Church of Bearden. Retired from State of Tennessee at Lakeshore Mental Health Institute where she served as a store manager and purchasing agent. She was a member of Daughters of the Nile Chapter #147 Abdiel Temple and the Abdiel Temple Pageantry Unit. Survivors include husband, Charles Hardway; son & daughter-in-law, Ken and Debi Hardway; daughter and son-in-law; Teresa and David Davenport; daughter, Karen Faye Prince; sister, Jean Wilson; grandchildren; Christy Ross, Brittany Hardway, Kyle, Max, and Elena Davenport; great grandchildren, Brooke and Morgan, many loving nieces and nephews and other relatives. Services by Daughters of the Nile at 7:30 P.M. Thursday to be immediately followed by funeral services with Rev. George Doebler officiating. Family and friends will meet for the Interment service 12:00 noon Friday at Tennessee Veterans Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Multiple-Sclerosis Society-E. TN Branch, 6324 Papermill Rd.
