Rev. Kenneth Kyle Rule

Rule, Rev. Kenneth Kyle, age 85, of Seymour, passed away Monday, January 22, 2001 at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center. Member of Valley Grove Baptist Church, retired bivocational minister having served several churches for 45 years. Rev. Rule also retired from Fulton Sylphon with 35 years of service. He was the last surviving child of Harley & Ivory Rule, also preceded in death by brothers, Harold Rule, Wilbur Rule; sisters, Leeta Rule, Roberta Cagle. Wife: Malinda Michaels Rule The family will receive friends 5:30 to 7:30 PM Wednesday in the Sanctuary of Valley Grove Baptist Church with funeral services to follow at 7:30 PM. Rev. Harry Mynatt, Rev. Bobby Tucker & Rev. Bryan Irwin officiating. Pallbearers will be grandsons, Jeff Oliver, Scott Whaley, Eric Burnett, Aaron Rule & grandsons-in-law, Dave Billmeier, Michael Kirk, Steve Rogers, Bryan Irwin. Honorary pallbearers will be the men of the Adult IV Sunday School Class. The family & friends will meet Thursday at Stock Creek Cemetery for an 11:00 AM interment service.
