Paul H. Brown

Brown, Paul H., age 84, of Knoxville, passed away Wednesday January 17, 2001. He was retired after 42 years from ALCOA. He was a member of Meridian Baptist Church and a veteran of the US Army serving during WWII. Mr. Brown was a member and past Master of Charles H. McKinney Masonic Lodge #433 F&AM;, York Rite and Scottish Rite bodies and a 33rd degree mason. He was preceded in death by a sister, Margaret Brown. Survived by wife, Wilma Davenport Brown; sister, Edna Ruth Finger; brother, James A. Brown of Ft. Myers, FL; several nieces and nephews. Masonic services will be conducted 7:30 PM Friday at Berry Chapel. Funeral services will immediately follow with Rev. Dana Fachman officiating. Interment will be 10:00 AM Saturday at Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Larry, Mark and Brad Davenport, Gary and Harold Brown and Jerry Finger. Honorary pallbearers will be Triumph Sunday School Class of Meridian Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the givers favorite charity.
