Freddie Lee Broyhill Perez, the infant son of Jessica Broyhill and Simitrio Perez, was stillborn on Monday, September 25, 2006. In addition to his parents, he is survived by: Grandparents: Jeanette and Randy Shultz, Lynn and Jerry Broyhill, Alfredo and Arnuffa Perez Great-grandparents: Emma Broyhill, Connie Myers, Evelyn Shults, and Lorenza Almarrz Aunts and uncles: Jerry Lee Broyhill, Jeff and Amanda Rolen, Debbie Rolen, Jennifer Broyhill, Tony and Lisa Perez, Jose and Sara Perez, George Perez, Vicki Perez Many extended family members The family extends a special thanks to Dr. Koerten, Dr. Guerra, Dr. Hollingsworth, and the staff of the Obstetrics Department at Fort Sanders-Sevier Medical Center. Funeral service 11 AM Saturday in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Ray Burkett officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Cemetery.
