Paul Morgan Mills

Mills, Paul Morgan, age 63, expired Friday, December 7, 2001 at his home in Seymour, Tennessee, as the result of cancer. He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, William Booker Mills and Angie Mae Thomas Mills of Greene County, Tennessee; his maternal grandparents, Floyd Morgan Wells and Mary (Mab) Reynolds Wells of Knoxville, Tennessee; his father, William Paul Mills, and an infant sister, Betty Sue Mills. He was a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 760 for 35 years. He was a Veteran of the US Navy 1958-1960 where he served aboard U.S.S. Shenandoah AD-26. He was a member of First Christian Church of Knoxville, Tennessee. He was a practicing honeybee keeper at the time of his illness. He was employed for 29 years total with Tennessee Armature Electric and Tennessee Associated Electric as a Crane Inspector and Maintenance Technician until he retired due to his illness. Mother, Frances Wells Mills; wife, Beulah Smith Mills; two sons, Kevin Paul Mills and wife, Melissa Woods Mills of Memphis, Tennessee and Steven Morgan Mills and wife, Patricia Reese Mills of Tustin, California; his granddaughters, Sarah Morgan, Elizabeth Frances, Funeral service 10 AM Monday, First Christian Church on Fifth Avenue, Rev. John Moore and Rev. Coy Jo Bays officiating. Interment Woodlawn Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the Endowment Fund of First Christian Church 211 W. Fifth Ave. Knoxville, Tennessee 37917. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM until 8:00 Sunday at Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
