Pryor Dodgen

Pryor Dodgen, age 83 of Sevierville, died Sunday, December 2, 2001 at Fort Sanders-Sevier Medical Center. He was born in the Sugarlands on February 10, 1918. He was a member of Zion Grove Baptist Church and was an Army veteran of world War II. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mozell Dodgen; parents, Charlie and Flora Whaley Dodgen; sister, Nadine Dodgen; and brother, Jerry Dodgen. Survivors: Son: Duane Allan Dodgen Sisters: Jean Maples Carolyn Noland Bessie King Brothers: John Dodgen Ed Dodgen Funeral service 7 PM Tuesday in the East Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Melvin Carr and Rev. D.A. Cole officiating. Interment 10 AM Wednesday in Zion Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Tuesday at Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville.
