Reba Trentham Carr

Reba Trentham Carr, age 89, of New Market, TN, formerly of Sevier County and Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, passed away Saturday April 7, 2001 at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Jefferson City. Mrs. Carr was a member of New Market Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by parents, Rev. J.W. and Susie Williams Trentham, sisters Luranie T. Huskey, Bessie T. King, Cordie T. Wadley and Beulah T. McCarter, Survivors: Husband of 71 years: Wesley Carr Children: Betty C. Howell & husband Joseph L., of Knoxville James W. (Jimmy) Carr, Jr., & wife Norma, of Dandridge Carol A. Bolling & husband Rodger, of Sheldon, Illinois Grandchildren: Marty Runyan Kenny Carr Mark Howell Deborah Carr Michael Carr Great Grandchildren: Marc Kevin Runyan Matthew Runyan Kevin Carr Melissa Paxton Nathan Howell Brittney Howell Steven Howell Eric Howell Josh Teems Kerstin Carr Kendall Carr Nieces & Nephews: Reba Sue Lowe Jerry C. King Jimmy King Trula Sellers J.B. Huskey Nina Myers Funeral service 7pm Tuesday at New Market Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry C. King, Rev. Chuck McGill, and Rev. J.W. Taylor officiating. Friends and family will meet 10am Wednesday at White Oak Flats Cemetery in Gatlinburg for graveside service and interment.
