HENDRIX, ERNEST RAY - age 53 of Knoxville, passed away Saturday April 7, 2001. He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. Survivors: parents, James R., Sr. and Bessie Hendrix; brother and sister in law, James R., Jr. and Sandra Hendrix; sister, Louise Jackson; several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be Monday 8 p.m. at Berry Chapel with Rev. I.A. Sparks officiating. Interment will be Tuesday 10 a.m. at Mt. Olive Cemetery.
