Abbott, Benny B., age 50, of Knoxville, passed away Tuesday, November 21, 2000. Former employee of Alcoa Aluminum Company. Veteran of the Vietnam War serving in the US Navy. Wife: Deanna Abbott Graveside service 10:00 AM Monday at the Tennessee Veterans Cemetery with Rev. Mike Mills officiating. Full military honors will be conducted by the East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society or East Tennessee Children's Hospital.
