Messer, Willard E. (Tom), age 66, of South Knoxville, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2000 at UT Hospital. He was a Retired Master Sergeant with the United States Air Force. He was a Baptist. Preceded in death by parents, 4 sisters, and 2 brothers. Children and spouses: Thomas E. and Lynette Messer, Savannah, GA; Suzy and Giles Weaver, Luttrell; George and Donna Moore, Buford, GA Graveside Service will be 10 AM Tuesday, Woodlawn Cemetery, Rev. Tom King officiating. East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard will provide military honors.
