Jack Franklin Patterson

Patterson, Jack Franklin, age 57, of Knoxville, passed away Thursday, July 6, 2000 at home after a long battle with cancer. "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith." 11 Timothy 4:7. A member of Piney Grove Baptist Church. He was an ordained deacon. A retired employee of U.T. Rental Properties. Jack and his wife, Pat, have been foster parents for the State of Tennessee for 30 years and have had many children. Jack has touched many people's lives. Preceded in death by his parents, Rollo and Winnie Mae Anderson Patterson; sisters, Edith Mulkey, Mildred Worley Webb and Mary Bruce; brothers, Luke and Newman Patterson. Wife of 38 Years: Patricia Lee Patterson Funeral service 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Piney Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Ed Cloud officiating. Interment at Lynnhurst Cemetery.
