Evans, Clara Spires, age 87, of Knoxville, passed away Sunday January 16, 2000.She was a member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church and was retired from the University of Tennessee Hospital. Preceded in death by husband Marion N. Evans; son, Ronnie Evans; brother, Oscar Spires. Sons: Jerry P. Evans and wife Carolyn; Wayne D. Evans and wife Jo Graveside service Tuesday, 1:00 PM, Mt.
