J. Dee Weddington

Weddington, J. Dee, age 72, passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2000 at St. Mary's Medical Center. Member of Emerald Avenue United Methodist Church. He was a past member of the Jaycees and Lion's Club. Past President of the Arminda Community Club. Preceded in death by wife, Mary Constantine Weddington; sons, Timothy Vaughn and J. D. Weddington, Jr.; parents, J.A. and Josephine Weddington; sister, Joe Agnes Brown. Wife: Susie Weddington The family will receive friends Sunday evening from 6-8 P.M. at Emerald Avenue United Methodist Church with funeral service to follow at 8 P.M. with Rev. Bob Bean officiating. Graveside service and interment will be at l0A.M. Monday at Lynnhurst Cemetery. Honorary Pallbearers: Bob Barnes, Burnis Crowder, A.D. McGhee, J.D. McGhee, Bob Robertson, Wayne Robertson, Jack Walker, Clyde Lampkin, Hubert O. Lee, Frank Van Meter.
