Preceded in death by parents, Marvin and Maggie Proctor, 1 grandchild, 4 brothers and 1 sister. children: Joe L. Proctor, Jr., Vickey Rice; grandchildren: Sara Jones, Jessica Jones; son-in-law: Johnny Jones; brothers: Edward Proctor, Jim Proctor; sisters: Vedis Stephenson, Dorothy Fritz, Mary Peroulas; host of aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews. Funeral 8:00 p.m. Thursday Berry Chapel, Rev. Becky Milligan officiating. Interment 11:00 a.m. Friday Sherwood Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Hwy.
