Atchley, Clint M., Sr. - age 76, of Seminole, Florida, formerly of Knoxville, passed away Thursday, February 4, 1999, at Largo Medical Center in Florida. He was a retired postal clerk with 42 years service in Knoxville and St. Petersburg, Florida. Member of Vestal United Methodist Church in Knoxville. Veteran of WWII. Preceded in death by son, Clint M. Atchley, Jr. wife: Kathleen Atchley; son: Gary Atchley, both of Florida; daughter: Barbara Adkins, of Nashville; brothers: Jack Mayfield, of Cropwell, Alabama, and Pat Mayfield, of Knoxville; 7 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren. Graveside service Monday 11:00 a.m. at Lynnhurst Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Sunday at the Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 2300 W. Adair Dr.
