Flenniken, Betty Leoma Clark, "Bets", age 63, of South Knoxville, went to be with Jesus Saturday, August 21, 1999 at Baptist Hospital. Preceded in death by son Edwin Clark on April 22, 1975. Survived by husband Thomas Patrick Flenniken, Jr.; children Thomas Patrick III, Dennis Alexander, Charles David, and Janie Marie; grandchildren: Christine Denise, Jessica Marie, Ashley Nicole, Amanda Paige, Rachel Elyse, Lauren Danielle, Jonathan Kyle Patrick, Nicole Alexander, Amber Rose; sisters: Mildred, Nancy, Inez; brother: Clyde. Graveside service Tuesday 10:00 AM Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Brother Michael Birchfield officiating. Family will receive friends 7:00-9:00 PM Monday at Berry Funeral Home Chapman Highway.
