David Glenn Davenport

Davenport, David Glenn, age 66, of South Knoxville, passed away August 19, 1999 at St. Mary's Hospital. He was retired from Globe Life Insurance Company. Veteran of the US Air Force. Preceded in death by mother, Eva D. Cox and father, John D. Davenport. Jimmie Mae Davenport; children: Glenda Griggs, David Davenport, Anita Hall, Rodney Davenport, Scott Hall, Charles Hall; 9 grandchildren; also survived by a brother and a sister. Graveside service 12 Noon Monday, Tennessee Veterans Cemetery, Rev. David Lovelace officiating. Military Honors will be performed by East Tennessee Veterans Honor Guard. Family will receive friends immediately following the service at Hillcrest United Methodist Church. Arrangements by Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Highway.
