Lewis, Vivian Bellam Pittman, age 81, formerly of Knoxville and Toledo, Ohio passed away Sunday, October 18, 1998 at Lifecare of Jefferson City. She was an avid doll collector and was past president of Smoky Mountain Doll Club. Member of Federated Doll Club of America. Former president of Buckeye State Doll Club. Preceded in death by husband John E. Lewis. Sons and daughters-in-law: Fred E. And Suzanne Pittman of Trenton, Georgia; Frank H. and Charlene Pittman of Strawberry Plains, TN. Funeral service 7:00 PM Tuesday Berry Chapel. Interment 11:00 AM Wednesday Woodlawn Cemetery. Family will receive friends Tuesday 5-7 PM at Berry Funeral Home Chapman Highway.
