class focuses on business

The Tennessee Small Business Development Center (TSBDC), the Sevier County Economic Development Council (SCEDC) and the Sevier County Public Library System (SCPLS) are partnering to offer a series of classes titled “For Your Business.”
The first class in the series focuses on marketing one’s business using social media in a cost effective manner.
Class One is titled, “Social Media for Your Business.”
This seminar will scratch the surface of how the small business community can utilize social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and more to drive more traffic to their business and increase revenue in a very cost effective and socially responsible manner.
The class will be offered on Sept. 28 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the SCPLS King Family Library, 408 High Street in Sevierville.
The class is limited to 20 participants at a cost of $10 per person.
