man charged with burglary

     A Kodak man has been charged with burglary, according to Sevier County Sheriff Ron Seals.
     Seals said that a home located on N. Bryan Rd. was burglarized on March 9and several guns were taken.
     After an investigation, Detectives arrested Bobby Ray Spiva age 28 of 215 West Mount Rd. Kodak and charged him with Aggravated Burglary.
     Spiva was Booked into jail and a $25,000.00 bond was set. An April 9 court date has been set in Sevier Co. General Sessions Court.
