The Barker Lounge, located in Sevierville announced their Grand Opening and ribbon-cutting celebration from 4 to 8 p.m. on July 1.
The lounge is an independently owned franchise of The Barker Lounge and owned and operated by Lory and Larry Popps, residents of Sevierville. The address is 1301 W. Main St., located to the West of Winfield Dunn Parkway (Chapman Highway/US 441) approximately 1.25 miles located on the left side of W. Main Street.
The Barker Lounge offers all day cage-less dog daycare, overnight boarding, grooming and training services. The facility offers over 9,000 square feet of indoor cage-less play areas, over 8,000 square feet of secure, gated outdoor play areas, climate controlled year round, entire facility is equipped with indoor and outdoor security cameras monitored 24 hours per day, state-of-the-art air purification/filtration system, standard and luxury sized private boarding suites to accommodate customers’ individual dogs or the family of dogs, quiet time accommodations and a VIP room for birthday parties or private doggie events.
The facility is a peace-of-mind alternative to leaving your dog home alone. The Barker Lounge staff are all Pet Tech aid certified.
A full-time Groomer is available for all of your dogs needs and prices vary based on size and breed of dog. A licensed dog trainer is available full-time and is certified in dog training and CPR. The facility is licensed with the State of Tennessee and Sevier County in addition to being a member of the Pet Care Services Association (PSCA) and Sevierville Chamber of Commerce.
