East Tennessee Children's Hospital will again host the costume contest at the 7th Annual Halloween in the City, a family-friendly event presented by the Knoxville Police Department at Safety City.  Prizes will be awarded to the spookiest, funniest and most creative contestants in three separate age brackets: 0-3 years old, 4-7 years old, 8-11 years old and 12-15 years old

Halloween in the City has proved to be a very popular Halloween event in Knoxville the past six years.  With thousands attending each year, the event is completely free to all families and children.  Over 20 community organizations and businesses will be present, each offering free games, candy, prizes and more.  This event takes place Wednesday, October 31 from 5-8 pm at Safety City, located at 165 Concord Street in Knoxville.
