From Family quarrels to relationship breakdowns, Nicole is here and ready to help you and your loved ones get things back on track.  So when you're feeling lost, let the Seymour Herald and the new "Ask Nicole" column bring light to any situation, no matter how dark it may seem.

Nicole Hawker is a Master Level Therapist with Living Waters Counseling Center, located in Seymour; TN. Nicole is currently pursing state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist under the supervision of an approved clinical supervisor. She promotes personal growth by building healthy self-concepts to help her clients achieve maximum results in their personal and professional lives. It is her desire to help her clients find meaning and purpose in all the dimension of their lives She is passionate about her call in this community to help heal those who are broken hearted and help people strengthen relationships.

Nicole has experience in assisting people through life struggles to grow stronger emotionally and spiritually as they put the pieces of their life back together. Nicole has invested in the lives of others through clinical counseling, public speaking, leadership training, and small group ministry to equip and empower others. She combines a genuine love for people along with a compassionate personality to create a safe and caring environment to make a positive difference in the lives of the individuals, families, and organizations she serves within our community.

Nicole received her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy/Professional Counseling from Johnson Bible College in Knoxville TN. She is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapist and the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Nicole lives in Seymour with her husband Jon, and their three children, Brandon, Selena and Benson. She is also a member at Valley Grove Baptist church, where she is active in the choir, women's ensemble group and teaching women's Bible Study.
