The TBI has released it's yearly crime stastics report on their website for all to see. You can conpare from county to county to see the difference in numbers.

The Sevier County crime data is obviously incomplete since I don't see any information on our county commissioners listed. I guess they have a seperate catogory for them.

I agree. TBI must have put Sevier county commissioner information in another "pile."

Where would someone find out information about commissioners and their backgrounds?

For one, you could go to the County Courthouse and get the info from the Election Commission Office. From there you could go as far as you want.
It's all public information as they are public servants.
