"Sewer goes on the west side of Chapman to Smoky Crossing, but this is the first time the line has been laid along a road west of Chapman," Mike Williams told the Seymour Herald.

The sewer is being laid along Simmons Road to two condo projects off of Simmons. Approximately 120 condos will be under construction shortly.

One set of condos called Simmons View will number 40 units and the other project called Franklin Beadows will have 80 units.

The Franklin Meadows condos will start in the low $100 and Simmons View, an upper scale will start in the high $200's

Simmons View condos are going to be located at the corner of Simmons Road and Black Oak Ridge Road.

The work on the sewer line is being perfromed by Clifton Construction

Barger & Sons Construction is performing the actual drilling.

A separate license is necessary in order to perform work in a large ditch due to the libility as there is the possibilities for the walls to cave in.

I know that that this is a big movement foward in the right direction but this project must be looked at as if it was
something you would like to be proud of and able to look your family and frinds in the face and tell them I was part of this. So plan this for the future not just a hurry up and lets finish this now. Build it large enough for growth
and so it will not be problems befor
it has started.

More development yet no improvments to the roads? No turn lane on Chapman, great planning.

Another fine example of the so called officals that have their heads in
the sand. It is past time for the people to get back their GOD given rights and run all the people that tell you they are for you and will do any thing to better the area.around you do not let them get away with it.
As for as the special license to peforme
the ditch diggin if the contractors know to do this type of job they would know what to use for the safety of their
workers and the people around them.
Someone that knows construction better keep an eye on this project and the people runnjng it.
