seymour resident receives honors

dean's list acheived at radford university

Dawn Noel Fouse of Seymour, Tenn., has been named to the spring semester Dean's list at Radford University.

Fouse, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Gale Fouse of 114 Vista Lane, is a senior biology major.

To be named to the Dean's list, a student must have taken 15 or more credit hours and have a grade point average of 3.4 or above with no grade below a C.
Radford is a teaching university that offers a diverse curriculum of more than 140 undergraduate and graduate programs designed by faculty who focus on student achievement and career preparation. A student body of 9,220 studies in seven colleges: Arts and Sciences, Business and Economics, Education and Human Development, Waldron College of Health and Human Services, Visual and Performing Arts, Information Science and Technology and the College of Graduate and Extended Education. RU is located along the New River in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Southwest Virginia
