Kids get cash for creativity Sevier County 4-H Posters Winners for 2005-2006 have been selected.Winners were named in four award categories, with over 2,400 posters entered in this years contest.  Awards are sponsored by the Sevierville Sunrise Rotary Club and the Sevier County 4-H Endowment Fund.  The top five winners will receive a $50.00 Savings Bond.  Savings Bond winners are Mikalea Bohanan and Emily Logue, Seymour Intermediate School; Susan Minehan, Seymour Middle School and Rachel McSwain and D.J. Weeks, Sevierville Intermediate School.  In addition the top three posters fromBohanan, McSwain and Minehan, have been submitted for state judging laterthis year.Sixteen $15.00 winners were named and include: Savannah Baach, Boyds Creek Elementary; Macy Shults, Catons Chapel; Hunter Greene, Homeschool; Christina Lulich, Jones Cove, Kaleigh Smith, Northview Elementary; Arielle Knittel, Northview Middle School; Christy Wright, Pigeon Forge High School; Shelby Huskey and Maria Thurman, Pigeon Forge Middle School; Temple Cannon, Pigeon Forge Primary School; Nick Compton, Pittman Center; Mary Green, Pi Beta Phi; Colt Hurst, Sevier County High School; Lexi Miller, Sevierville Intermediate;  Ryan Myers, Sevierville Middle and Cassie Hite, Seymour Intermediate.Twelve, ten dollar winners were named and include: Hannah Moore, Boyds Creek; Tucker Adams, Catons Chapel; Tiffany Baisden and Samantha Greene, Homeschool; Keeley Thornton, New Center; Kenzi Maples and Nathan Wilkens, Pigeon Forge Middle School;   Kendal Ryan, Pigeon Forge Primary School; Elizabeth Conner, Sevierville Middle; Tiffany Irby and Erwin Blake, Seymour Intermediate; and Lydia Miller, Wearwood.Twelve, five dollar winners were named and include: Michael Gebhart, Boyds Creek; Samantha John, Catons Chapel; J.P. Caylor, Homeschool; Aaron Feeney, New Center; Hannah Hammontree, Northview Elementary; Ali Cox, Pi Beta Phi; Savannah Ownby, Pigeon Forge Middle; Caitlin McGinnis, Pigeon Forge Primary; Katlin Shular, Sevierville Intermediate; Callie Hill and Charlsey Bush, Sevierville Middle and Leah Bryan, Wearwood.Programs in agriculture and natural resources, 4-H youth development, family and consumer sciences, and resource development University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture, U.S. Department of Agriculture and county governments cooperating.UT Extension provides equal opportunities in programs and employment.
