City of Sevierville, Tennessee, as set forth in the Sevierville Municipal Code, Section 14-201 (to rezone property near River Road from C-4 to R-1 - 0-2006-035 - 3rd reading - Jim Bryant.
1. Consider an Ordinance to Annex Certain Territory and to
Incorporate same within the Boundaries of the City of Sevierville, Tennessee (properties near Allensville Road and Whaley Hollow Road) (attached please find a Plan of Services and general information for review only) - 0-2006-036 - 2nd reading - Jim Bryant.
2. Consider an Ordinance Amending the Zoning Map of the
City of Sevierville, Tennessee, as set forth in the Sevierville Municipal Code, Section 14-201 (to rezone property near Winfield Dunn Parkway from A-R to C-3 and C-4 - 0-2006-037 - 2nd reading - Jim Bryant.

0. Consider Approval of Contract for the Installation of an Electrical Generator Backup System for the Public Works Department Facility with Advent Electric, Inc. in the amount of $85,526.00 - Bryon Fortner.
1. Consider Purchase of a Backhoe for the Public Works Department - $90,833.00 - Bryon Fortner.
2. Consider Approval and/or Ratification of Expenses in Excess of $5,000.00 - Lynn McClurg -
a. Ebus Inc. - Transducer Traction Board and Involuted Chain Drive (previously approved on 11-20-06 for $5,332.73 - requesting approval for additional amount of $523.00 for labor and travel expenses no included in previously approved amount) - total of $5,855.73.
3. Consider Approval of Health Plan Amendment Covering Various Therapy Services when Medically Necessary - Doug Bishop.
4. Consider Approval of Submission for Various Grants - Don Myers.
5. Other Old Business.
