Boyds Bears for Babies

chantalle@theheraldnewspapers.com “Boyds Bear for Babies” will be a family fun day to raise money for the March of Dimes, Saturday from 10a.m. to 5p.m. at Boyds Bear Country in Pigeon Forge. Families of Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) are invited to come out and take part in the festivities. The carnival will include a moonwalk, face painting, bingo, coloring contests, scavenger hunt, potato sack racing, and a watermelon eating contest. Special trips to the teddy bear nursery will be given to the special families. The NICU families will be asked to sign a huge thank you card for area hospital workers. The event will be free for these special families. The event will be $5 for all other children. The first March of Dimes Boyds Bear will be available for purchase.
