Today is the last day for early voting for the Republican and Democratic Primary election.
The turnout has been strong according to Sevier County Administrator of Elections, Liz Nichols.
“Normally the turnout is strong at the beginning, but this time, we have had about 300 people each day,” stated Nichols.
Early is be done at the Voting Machine Warehouse at 1145 Dolly Parton Parkway, in Sevierville.
The Sevier County Primaries and School Board Elections have been scheduled for May 2.
