City of Sevierville, Board of Mayor & Aldermen meeting set for today at 7

There will be a PUBLIC FORUM on Public Hearing on Ordinance (0-2005-001) to Amend the Zoning Map of Sevierville, as Set Forth in the Sevierville Municipal Code, Section 14-201 (to rezone property on Carl Street and Cedar Street which consists of Parcels 7 & 8 on Sevier County Property Map 72G, Group A) - 0-2005-001 - 3rd Reading - Jim Bryant. Time is set aside for BOARD APPOINTMENTS, REPORTS from the Monthly Staff Reports, Sevier County Economic Dev. Council, Monthly Water Systems, Sevier Solid Waste Inc., and the Sevier Water Board Inc. Part of the OLD BUSINESS will consider; 1. an Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of the City of Sevierville, as set forth in the Sevierville Municipal Code, Section 14-201 (to rezone property on Carl Street and Cedar Street which consists of Parcels 7 & 8 on Sevier County Property Map 72G, Group A). - 0-2005-001 - 3rd reading - Jim 2. an Ordinance to Abandon the Right-of-Way of Part of Parker Boulevard - 0-2005-002 - 3rd reading – Jim 3. an Ordinance to Amend Chapter Five, Section 11-503 of the Sevierville Municipal Code Allowing for the Discharge of Firearms in an Indoor Firing Range - 0-2005-003 - 3rd- Doug Bishop Then the NEW BUSINESS will be discussed, which consists of; 1. Consider the Management Agreement between the City and the Public Building Authority-Doug Bishop and Ed Owens, and 2. Consider the Lease Agreement between the City and the Public Building Authority-Doug Bishop and Ed Owens, and 3. Consider Purchase of a Hooklift conversion of the former Bucket Truck-Bryon Fortner, and 4. Consider Purchase of one (1) 2WD Crew-Cab Pick-up Truck for the Public Works Department-Bryon Fortner, and 5. Consider Payment of renewal premium to companion Life Insurance for $264,359.00-Jamie Tyler, and 6. Consider Approval and/or Ratification of the following expenses in excess of $5000.00-Lynn McClurg, and 7. Consider Purchase of (4) four Portable Changeable Message Signs-J.H. (Jerry) Hickman, and 8. Consider Graphics and Lettering for Ebus Trolleys-Bryan Fortner, and 9. Consider Purchase of Training System-Mike Rawlings, and 10. Consider Approval of Purchase of Hydrants-Mike Rawlings, and 11. Consider Approval of Contract for Advertising with East Tennessee Radio Group Inc. After which the meeting will be adjourned.
