Mary Lou Brown and her daughter Mitzi Carr recently celebrated their February birthdays at the Rose Arbor Tea Room, joined by 26 friends and family. Rose Arbor, located in historic Boyd’s Creek is owned and operated by Cathy Spears and specializes in authentic English tea parties.
