Walters State professor honored with teaching award

Dr. David White, professor of English, was named an Outstanding Online Instructor for 2002-2003 by the Regents Online Degree Program. White was one of only 15 professors in Tennessee to receive the honor. The Regents Online Degree program enables students to earn college degrees entirely online through the colleges and universities governed by the Tennessee Board of Regents. White has been a Walters State faculty member since 1986.
