Willemssen, Rachel V. Rachel V. Willemssen 81 of Maryville died Monday January 20, 2003 at her home in Maryville. She was born March 21, 1921 in Lyon County, Iowa. She was a long time resident of Memphis. She was preceded in death by her Husband: A.J. (Johnny) Willemssen. She is survived by her Daughter: Laurie Smalley and Granddaughters: Vanessa and Lauren Smalley all of Maryville. The family expressed thanks to the staff, volunteers, and friends at Blount Memorial Hospice, and Home Health Services, and to her friends at Colonial Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Memphis. No local services are planned. Graveside Funeral Services were held Saturday at Memorial Park Cemetery in Memphis. In lieu of flowers Rachel had requested memorials or contributions be made to Colonial Cumberland Presbyterian Church 1500 South Perkins Memphis, TN 38117. Hurst, Louise Forrester Louise Forrester Hurst 64 of Knoxville died Tuesday January 21, 2003. She was preceded in death by her Parents: Frank and Helen Harman Forrester, Brothers: Leroy and Frank Eugene Forrester, Son: Rickey Stallans. She is survived by her Children: Joe Walker, Doris Dillingham, Mickey Stallans, Vickey Stallans, Danny Henry, and Gena Wise, Fourteen Grand Children, Four Great Grand Children, Special Great Grand Daughter: Miracle Kelso, Sisters: Marie Righi, Linda Sneed, Brothers and Sister in Law: Jay and Linda Forrester, Ray Forrester. Funeral services were held Thursday at Memorial Funeral Home in Maryville with Rev. Gerald Lawson officiating. The family met at Sherwood Memorial Gardens in Alcoa Friday for a Graveside service. Preceded in death by: Father, John G. Walker; Wife, Jeanie Walker.
