Fisher wins DAR award

Wanda Howard Fisher (left) was presented the NSDAR Community Service Award by the Spencer Clack Daughters of the American Revolution Regent Helen Allen (right) for her many hours of volunteer service at the Genealogy Department of the Sevier County Library.
