The price of real estate just went up

The long awaited sewer line extension work is underway on Chapman Highway. Randy Dixon observes Jeff Abbott, the track hoe operator, making the proper trench along Chapman Highway. The work is being performed by B & L Realty & Associates Inc. Local realtors estimate the value of the effected properties to increase anywhere from 10 to 25 percent and in some cases even more. The work is expected to last between six to eight weeks.
