Man allegedly stabbed at residence

Sevierville, TN - At approximately 7:15 p.m. on Friday, September 20, Sevierville Police responded to a report of a stabbing at Kirkland Manor Apartments located on Connley St. Officer T.C. Faulconer arrived at the scene to find 49 year-old Danny Mull suffering from an apparent stab wound to the stomach area. According to Mull, an unknown man stabbed him when he answered his door. Mull described the assailant as a white male with blond hair, dressed in blue jeans and a blue shirt. Mull was transported to the University of Tennessee Medical Center via Lifestar air ambulance. The Criminal Investigation Division of the Sevierville Police Department is investigating the incident. Anyone with information should contact Detective Doug Shanks at 453-5507.
