Seymour - Thomas Eugene Lytle, 30, of West Moreland Court was charged with aggravated assault. Seymour - Deanna Marie Maples, 23, of Rodgers Lane in Seymour was charged with public intoxication. Bond was set at $250. Seymour - Bertie May Greene, 55, of South Delozier Road was charged with passing worthless checks. Seymour - Jerry Wayne Sexton, 35, of Huskey Circle was charged with DUI, violation of the implied consent law and resisting arrest. Bond was set at $7,500 bond. Seymour - Donnie Matthews, 48, of Maryville Highway was charged with domestic violence assault. Seymour - Derrick Brian Hensley, 20, of Huskey Circle was charged with bond revocation and violation of probation. Seymour - Phillip D. Medley, 36, of Sugar Loaf Road was charged with simple possession of marijuana, driving on a revoked license and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $750. Bond was set at $1,000. Kodak - Shawn P. Baillargeon, 21, of Herman Snyder Road was charged with driving on a revoked license and public intoxication. Bond was set at $750. Alcoa - Tyrone Douglas Porter, 57, of West Newton Street was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault. Bond was set at $2000. Friendsville - Dale Buchanan, of Sequoyah Drive, was arrested on theft of the license tag taken from vehicle parked at Wal-Mart, Hunters Crossing Drive, Alcoa. Louisville – An unknown driver of a truck registered to Jeffery M. Vicenzo, of Wheeler Road, was involved in an accident. The truck went off road on a curve and stopped in a ditch on its side; the driver left the scene before deputies could arrive. Louisville - Gerald Wayne Finger, 38, of Miser Station Road was charged with driving under the influence of an intoxicant. Maryville - Stanford Welchance of Dad’s Auto Sales, 2412 U.S. 411 South, Maryville, reported at 10:01 a.m. May 17, the theft of the convertible top motor and hydraulic lines valued at $560 taken from a Ford Mustang on the lot. Maryville - Regina Renea Morgan, 18, of Rock Hill Road, was arrested on a warrant charging her with domestic violence with aggravated assault.Bond was set at $1,000. Walland – Charged with driving under the influence of an intoxicant - Michael James Downs, 48, of Glen Echo Drive. Knoxville - Charged with driving under the influence of an intoxicant -Khary Malcolm Thompson, 22. Sevierville - William Earl Durham III, 25, of Connely Street was charged with driving under the influence and evading arrest. Bond was set at $4,000. Sevierville - Marvin Dale Stroupe, 44, of Cotter Way was charged with DUI. Bond was set at $1,000.
