The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) has confirmed that Charles Arleigh Green, one of the TBI’s Most Wanted Fugitives, was captured Friday night, June 14th, 2002 at his residence in Perry County, TN. A Perry County Sheriff’s Deputy and a Special Agent of the TBI arrested Green at approximately midnight. Green was wanted for two counts of Aggravated Child Abuse in Perry County. He is currently being held in the Perry County jail. Green was added to the TBI Most Wanted program on June 7, 2002.
